Nice work Hoggetter! You had

Nice work Hoggetter! You had some really good action it sounds like. I love hunting in snow like that. It really changes the game and makes things a lot easier. I love being out there when the mule deer are rutting too, they are just oblivious when they are tending does. Most of the bucks that I was seeing on my cow hunt during 4th season would not even look at me even when I was under a hundred yards from them. They definitely only had one thing on their mind. I really wish I had a buck tag because I saw a couple whoppers.

That is a great buck that you tagged. Congratulations on that big boy. He is just about exactly what my ideal buck would be... I just haven't found him in the field yet when I have had a tag in my pocket. And your cow looks tasty too. Good work!

Now thats some snow. It does

Now thats some snow. It does help picking the animals out but hell to walk around in. Those are some awsome snow pictures. You got a bonus yote also. looks like you acomplished your goals, with is a reward in its self, then you have the animals on top of that. Nice cow for the freezer and a amazing mulie. That things a monstter. What were you using for a gun? What caliber more specific. I always wonder what people carry when going after multible species. Congrats again.

Really Nice!

That's a really nice story and great pictures, too.

That looks like the snow we sometimes get in Michigan during the late M-L season - just about to begin, BTW!

Your pictures really make the story come alive.

Lots of good eating ahead.

Glad you got your trophy buck.

Thanks for sharing.

Congrats on a successful

Congrats on a successful hunt, HOGGETTER! Thumbs up

Glad to see you tag out since you didn't have that good of a hunt earlier in the year. Thanks for sharing the story and the pics. Especially, the part about the rabbit and the ferret. That must have been a hoot to watch. lol

You mind if I borrow your term. I'm going to start calling my Accubonds-sleeping pills.

I may pick your brain about that unit in another year, as I only have 2 pts currently.
