Sean that was my first javeina way back in 95, live weight was around 60 pounds. If I would of known that I could of entered him in a contest in San Manuel I would of won top prize that year.
Wade, Matt actually told me the he wouldn't be done until July and actually surprised me when he called me a couple of weeks ago. If it makes you feel any better he just got my bear done that I dropped off last June. Also if you are having problem with Spam controls send a PM to Craig at the user name of moderator and he should be able to take care of you. Try to put your tree stand in a tree with plenty of background cover, keep the prevailing winds for that time of the year to your face, and take care of those pesky squeaks and creaks your stand may have developed while sitting in the shed. A good treestand lube can be made by heating petroleum jelly until it reaches a liquid form. Some hunters have reported success by including a cover scent in this mixture before applying it to their stands.
