My 2011 Archery Coues deer

I was lucky to get this buck on Monday. This was the best archery coues hunt I have ever been on. I spent 95 hours in the ground blind this year, and miss a few shots. But i stuck with it and it payed off for me in the end. I explain the story more in the video. I didn't get the shot on video, the way the deer came in I couldn't get the camera angle right.
there is more pics in the video.
I took him to my taxidermy and he scored him out at 84 6/8

First of all welcome to the

First of all welcome to the forum and I have to say that's a great way to jump right in with apicture of a nice buck like that one.

I would like to get down there and hunt those coues deer myself one of these days. One of the other members here BikerRn will be hunting them soon with a rifle. I can't wait to see how he does as well.

Congrtaulations on a great buck that most of us never get to see or hunt.

Very nice!  That's a great buck, with a rifle or a bow!

Welcome to the site!  Don't know if you are just promoting your site, or if you do plan on sticking around, but It'd be fun to see some of your other hunts.  What area did you get him in?  I have some buddies that used to go intot he hills north of Sonoita and Nogales each year.  They'd vary from year to year on their success, but always a fun hunt!

Congrats!
