My 2008 MN buck

Hey guys I am new to the site but just thought I would share with all of you some of my success for the year. I went on a moose hunt to the canadian border to help guide for my aunt and uncle that were fortunate enough to draw a tag and when we got back to our cabin from our spike camp someone had stolen my bow and some other gear from our cabin. So I went adn got a new bow after a month of fighting with the insurance company and then when I went to go hunt my spot had been desimated my loggers so I went and found a new spot scouted hung a set and killed this buck within 45 minutes of being on the property.

Also here is a picture of myself and by best friend that I got into archery hunting this year for the first time and this is his first deer with a bow. We shot both does opening morning within 5 minutes of each other and both dressed out at 124 lbs

Tough news about the equipment for sure, but poking a hole in a beauty like that must have made it a little easier to swallow. Thumbs up

Great deer, and as the others said too bad about your bow being stolen. That's really lame. At least you persevered and got your deer.
