Here is a general question that somebody asked me and I didn't have an answer. If a person was successful in the "once in a lifetime" drawing can a person hire a guide to help increase their success rate of the hunt?
I'm sure you can hire a guide to help, if you can find one. My best advice for you is to get a plat book and talk with the landowners in wichever area your tag is for. That way you get first hand knledge of where the moose are what kinda bulls are in what area, and if your really lucky mabye find one that will hunt their land.
Let me start off by saying I am not a farmer.
I am a deer hunter and I do own a tractor and have all of the equipment - but that does not make you a farmer any more than standing in the garage makes you a car - well, you get the picture!
Having said that - and with most of my ineptitude fairly well hidden - I do think that buckwheat is one of the most under rated cover crops out there.
I say cover crop because I see mixed results as it relates to the deer eating the plants.
