Very cool site for learning how to call. I use shoulder bones and antlers for scraping alot also, anyone see any websites using these things? I have called many moose in by scraping only without ever making a call...
I always call beside a puddle deep enough to fill my horn full of water and holding it about six feet high and pouring it back into the puddle, imitating a cow urinating wile standing in a lake or whatever. I call, wait one minute in case I get a reply, do the urine splash, and if there is a bull within ear shot that hasn't found a mate...he'll answer, and he's heading my way
How many times have you wished for a better view across a clear cut, an agriculture field or down a powerline?
Ever wanted to get a little higher to try to get above a deer’s nose?
Have you ever wanted a taller stand because… well… just because?
Here is an example of a stand I made a few years ago and it has some very real advantages and a few disadvantages.
commanding view from the stand
able to accommodate two hunters, perfect for parent / child hunts
hunters are well...
