When do they come out? I know the app date was late so i wasnt sure when they came out.

It was in August when I used to live there, a real pain for planning.

The permits could be as late as late August. The Antelope Quota's are set very late and FWP uses that as a excuse to keep your money a extra month. What should happen is FWP should be flooded with truckloads of mail and phone calls complaining about this practice. they have 10,000 excuses but the bottom line is if they keep all of that money a extra 30 day's it is a huge amount of interest.
