Model 94 in .375 Winchester - Silver Bald Eagle Edition!!

Hello Folks!

I apologize... the photos were taken with the phone and are not good.

I got the Model 94 and it may have been made in 1982, but it is perfect!

Even the boxes and packaging are in 100% new condition - it looks like it just came out of the factory today!!!!

Many thanks to BGH - I am just flat stunned at a prize of this magnitude.

My humble appreciation to BGH, the staff, to Nadja for help and encouragement and to the staff at Timberline.

I am just floored.

Jim Boyd

Well... well Jim. I have to

Well... well Jim. I have to say, you are one classy son of a gun. That would make a great addition to anyones personal gun library and I think that it found the right hands. Congratulations on your prize... you deserve it. They engraving looks awesome. You need to pick up one of those ventage, weathered and worn boxes of .375 Winchester from a gun show and display it with the rifle. It needs to be the old paper boxes and the graphics need to be worn. I would suggest removing the powder from the cartridges you display it with in case some one that does not have experience with firearms happens to be sneaking a peek at it while you are not around.

Either of these links give good examples. http://media.photobucket.com/image/vintage%20.375%20winchester%20ammo%20box/TomcatPC/DSCN1007.jpg

Bass pro always has a couple displays like this and I think they look awesome.

I like those boxes of ammo

I like those boxes of ammo Hawkeye.  I agree, that would be a pretty sweet addition to the rifle, for a good display!

Very Nice!

Congrats, Jim!

That contest must have been before I came onto this board, but it's a very nice rifle, indeed.

Now - are you going to use it, or is it going to be a showpiece?
