Lures

When did Panther Martins start getting manufacured in China? Was out last week buying some lures to replace a few that I've lost over the years. Hadn't bought lure in about 5 years. Just noticed that the Panther Martins are now China made. What gives. I'm getting really sick and tired of seeing everything with the "made in china" lable on it. Decide to replace those lost Panthers with some others I've also always used and had just as good of luck with - Mepps, Blue Fox, and Daredevle.

Lures

Never even noticed that myself. sad

Panthers are my go-to trout spinner (Black body/Gold blade) - the blade design permits a painfully slow retrieve, or even with the current in a stream.

I find the Mepps/Blue Fox spinners only work with a fast retreive or against the current. The rest of the time the blade just hangs there.
