Oh anyhow back to the topic, those dogs you see around my home are the best beahved dogs you'll ever be around. If you dont think however that they can be absolutely viscious and dangerous animals if trained through negelct and pure idiocy to be that way, look at their physic one more time. That there is the worlds armies preferred man eating machine. German Shepards will make any grown man cry for mamma.

Pit bulls get a bad wrap becuase of the sterotype of the owners, and the lunatic things they do wo make their dogs bad. The Pit Bull, German Shepard, Rottwieler, Doberman are all examples of dogs with very well known attack capacity. That doesnt mean that anyone of those breeds given proper training cant be a safe and positive addition to not only the home but the neighborhood. We have no crime in my neighborhood, we have German Shepards.

John, we have had german shephards all of my life but when the last one died in 2001 we didn't get another. Great dogs around the family and gentle as can be but if you didn't belong in the house or were acting funny around them they would let you know that you were not welcome there and you would leave
We never locked our doors when I was a kid. Our neighbors on both sides of us were robbed. Our house was left alone. IMO they are also the best looking dogs too.

Personally I'd sooner shoot a pit bull than a deer

I am a very caring person toward pets . i have a border collie myself . and I love her like a child . but i seen so much distruction from pit bulls that if one came in my yard it's dead . No offence on your part . but if you want to keep your pit bull keep it off my property . I'm not goi ng any further with this subject . nobody will hear any more from me about pit bulls. I hate them and I would shoot first and ask questions later .My end of discussion
