LONG ISLAND,NY EARLY SEPT. GOOSE HUNTS

We are currently booking upcomming September Goose hunts on long island,NY. These hunts include me as your guide, Boat,decoys,calling,Dog. You need a 2007/2008 smallgame License, New Duck stamp and HIP#. We recommend 12 ga. Shotguns that must be plugged with a Modified choke. We use 3 1/2 shells or 3" shells loaded with # BB, BBB steel shot or even better # 4 hevi shot. Our season opens Sept 2 and runs thru sept 30th. We have a limit of 8 geese per hunter!

I never thought about goose hunting near NYC until I watched Tred Barta do it a couple of times. Absolutely amazing. Never knew there was that much agriculture/farmland so close. Absolute TON of birds too. Looks like a great hunt!!!!! Too bad I am 3,000 miles away.... lol

Yes we have great hunting here on LI but we are loosing land to building like crazy! so we must enjoy it while we can!
