A little help please.

I have a 30.06 that I have been using for 3 or 4 years now, and I am looking for some insight as to what scope I should get. I had a Simmons on it, but it has gone to crap. I know I should spen some good money on one, but I just dont have much to spend. I am looking to get a scope for $100 - $150. Can anyone give me a few scopes to look at? Thanks.

I just talked to someone at Gander Mountain, and he said I should look at the Nikon Prostaff 3 x 9. Is this a good scope, or should I stick with one of the Bushnell?

I'd suggest you buy your scope locally and make sure the retailer will replace (over-the-counter) if there are any initial problems.
When buying lower priced scopes it is kind of a hit and miss senario whether you get a good one or not........ I prefer the Bushnell line of products.

bushnell will get you a good product in that price range. i know i may get blasted for this, but i have a tasco world class with leupold 1 piece mount, and it has done an awesome job for me. although, i dont think i would try any other tasco, just the world class.
