I know it doesn't unfortunately. But I think you could get a .30-06 or .270 rebarrelled to .280, with that being said if i were getting it anytime soon cost dictates the 7mm-08 not that it realy hurts my feelings.
I ran into a fellow hunter the other weekend who had one of the 45-70 models in stainless. He said the hogs were seeing the stainless so he painted the barrel and action in camo.
I was going to get a model in blue. I use a product called rustgardit. Leaves a waxy film when it dries. Protects pretty well and comes off with Hopps solvent. It also leaves a matt finish when it dries, another advantage.
Like most of you I'm certain, I love to shoot my guns. I enjoy shot after shot all day long at the shooting range… whether it is with one of my Shotguns, one of my rifles, or with my handgun… or when the crosshairs are on a big game animal in a safe shooting scenario. I love to shoot! What I don’t have the same excitement about is cleaning my gun afterwards. Now this is not going to be gun cleaning 101 as every kit comes with its own set of directions and the internet also has a great deal...
