Last weekend success

This was the last weekend of our spring season. Yesterday I killed my 2nd spring bird. Used a homemade bamboo/osage longbow to make a good 13 yard shot on this young Merriams tom. As always a string tracker was used but in this case not needed. Of course I used a Gobblers End call

Awesome, it has to be some kind of challeng to shoot that bow from a low position. You dont mention a blind so I am assuming you shot this one fair and square from the ground???
