I'd try Garth Carter @ huntinfool.com or maybe a local paper in that area.

Trying a small classified in the local paper is a good idea.
Here's a link to the paper out of Rifle:

You might also try some local Chambers of Commerce, they may have info about who the local ranchers are.

Have you checked with DOW? Maybe they release that type of info.

Are you aware that those two units have lots of oil/gas exploration going on? Meaning lots of drilling rigs and disturbances in the area.

31 and 32 may have left over tags available starting in early August.

Check the DOW site (or this site) in the next few weeks to find out when the tags will drop. They are usually in the first week which causes a bit of a frenzy....

I checked on CDOW sight and it looks as all were drawn this year and there shouldn't be any leftovers. Huntin Fool shows they have some.......I'd call Garth or like Cowgal suggests calling CDOW and see if they have a list of landowners with some for sale.

Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place, but where did you find out that these units were sold out? Best that I can find is that the DOW will produce a left over list in early August and leftovers will go on sale August 8th....

The OTC and CAP report is out since they go on sale tomorrow morning (June 10th), but this is not related to the leftover drop in August.

Bitmasher, Here's a link ..................

On Page 138, it shows that all of those tags were taken in the first draw.
