Landowner Question

I own a 30 acre parcel in SW Colorado. Am I allowed to hunt deer on it? Do I need a license?

Thanks in Advance

Re: Landowner Question

Yes, you can hunt on your own property as long as you don't post it "No Hunting" and yes you will need a license to hunt anything on the property that requires a license to hunt elsewhere.

Re: Landowner Question

You still have to apply for a deer tag even if you own 5000 acres in Colorodo.
