Looks like it could be be a Nova Scotia license plate ???
Probably on the Cabot Trail, Cape Breton Highland, Cheticamp area if in fact it occurred in Nova Scotia One moose fatality there this year.
New Brunswick have a lot of moose, in fact they are erecting "moose fences" just for that reason Lots of moose collisions.
She's a lucky girl for sure. Chaulk one up for the seatbelts maybe
We hit a moose when I was hunting with my father up in Maine. My friend up there told us "Don't drive to Jackman at night, you have no buisiness driving that highway at night" did we listen....of course not! We left the truck in Maine and took the moose home in the trunk of the rental car.
Hunting is not usually a pursuit where instant gratification abounds. It takes a lot of time, practice, resources and patience to be a successful hunter. So when someone decides that an area they hunted only once without taking an animal is worthless and devoid of game, I don't quite understand it. These people usually jump from game management unit to game management unit; trying a new one every year.
Now don't get me wrong, there are people that just enjoy scouting and hunting...
