Sorry it has to be under those circumstances. I have good contacts with land brokers around here. Not enough to get them to lower prices(LOL), but enough that I can usually no what's for sale before they put a sign on it or an ad out. Let me know what/when/where you're looking and I can keep an eye out. Sadly, there is always acerage for sale around here.

I know that Chataqua Co has some big deer, but, IMHO, Cowley has more consistent large deer with awesome genetics. Even if you don't live near the farm land, you'll have great deer.
