Jim Shockey's Pioneer powder

Has anyone tried the pioneer powder? it has some pretty bad reviews on cableas but Im trying to decide whether its worth a shot or not. Its pretty expensive is the biggest thing. Other wise I would just give it a shot but at almost $100 its a little risky.

After talking to a few more people they all seem to say the same thing, hang fires, dirtier than pyrodex and alot of unburned powder. So I guess I'll save my money.
