ya last year i went out west to visit an old friend and we were walkin down a popular biking road toward a library and rec. center. in coquitlum b.c
the road was lined with blackberry's and a stream ran to the right side of the path.
well anyways we heard something"crack!!" to the right side of us and after that there was a woman walking towards us that had stopped and was pointing at us for some reason beyond us Think

when we got up to her she said 2 black bears had walked within feet behind us

i was quite nervous considering it was most likely a female and cub but we didnt see them again Thumbs up
