Interesting...Weather differences

I'm heading back to Vermont next week for the rifle opener.  I have been keeping a close eye on the forecast, because I like to have a nice cool situation to hunt in.  I use Accuweather, and sometimes The weather channel.

Anyway, It's been showing a cold opening weekend (10th) with chances of a wintry mix.  both sites show lows in the low 30's, with highs around 42-43.  I last checked 2 days ago, same thing.  Dad called this morning and mentioned the forecast.  He uses Wunderground, and it says high of 65 low in the 40's.....??????? Huh?

So I looked at my sites again when I got to work today, and they still say 32/42 range.  Anyone ever seen a disparity like that?  I'd understand a 5-7 degree difference in forecasts, but 20 degrees????? It's not like it's a month out, it's only 9 days.

What do you guys use for weather sites?

I quit watching or even

I quit watching or even believing weather forecasters over 30 years ago. The reason being was that I had to work in it one way or another and I figured that I couldn't change it so why worry. I did however start to watch weather patterns to see just what they did and how it flowed into the areas that I was hunting or working. I learned that if a storm came in from the northwest that I didn't need to worry about bad weather in a area that I was hunting. But if the weather came in from the southwest then in 2 to 3 days I would see that weather in my area. Now weather it was rain or snow depended on the time of year. I also preferred to hunt in cooler weather but since I couldn't control it I didn't worry about it. I went hunting anyway weather it was short sleeve shirt weather or if I had to pull out the arctic gear.

I have used accuweather on my phone for awhile now. I have found it to be less than accurate a fair amount of the time.

Many times it changes daily after I assume they look out the window and update things.lol

Yeah, not sure about them.  I

Yeah, not sure about them.  I know out here in the west, especially in the Rockies, the weather can change by the minute.  But a place like Vermont, it's usually pretty straight forward. There's either a cold front coming, or a warm front coming.  There's either rain, or no rain.

It's perplexing.......
