I quit watching or even believing weather forecasters over 30 years ago. The reason being was that I had to work in it one way or another and I figured that I couldn't change it so why worry. I did however start to watch weather patterns to see just what they did and how it flowed into the areas that I was hunting or working. I learned that if a storm came in from the northwest that I didn't need to worry about bad weather in a area that I was hunting. But if the weather came in from the southwest then in 2 to 3 days I would see that weather in my area. Now weather it was rain or snow depended on the time of year. I also preferred to hunt in cooler weather but since I couldn't control it I didn't worry about it. I went hunting anyway weather it was short sleeve shirt weather or if I had to pull out the arctic gear.

I have used accuweather on my phone for awhile now. I have found it to be less than accurate a fair amount of the time.

Many times it changes daily after I assume they look out the window and update things.lol
