Good luck Wade, I hope you and your Dad bag a 400 incher. I'm very jelious as I havent bagged an elk for a few years as i build points and hunting OTC archery. I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures and reading the story of your sucessfull hunt. I think there are a few of us here living through you and your dad right about now. I recently completed my first skull plate mount of my buck antelope from the 2010 season. I used a kit from Van Dykes, and I thought I would pass along the tips my dad shared with me, as well as one or two I figured out on my own.
