Contact the state Dept. of Natural Resources and get a Public Lands map. This will show you all of the available state lands. You can also contact local timber companies and inquire about hunting on their land.

How about PWLMA. where can i find the list of these private landowners and how much does it usually cost for the hunt at their property

Hunt blacktail in island county... Whidbey island is packed with them. You need to use a shotgun but can shoot any deer.

Look at the statistics on the WA Fish and Game site. They usually tell ya where good success is...and that is like 20% in WA...
