i'm new in Wa.

Help, I need to know where is a good spot to bag a deer. I live in Island county and would be glad to go drive HWY 20 going EAST to get a good spot for hunting deer

Contact the state Dept. of Natural Resources and get a Public Lands map. This will show you all of the available state lands. You can also contact local timber companies and inquire about hunting on their land.

How about PWLMA. where can i find the list of these private landowners and how much does it usually cost for the hunt at their property

You should be able to find contact info for PWLMA's in the regs or online. You can also check out the Interactive Mapping at http://wdfw.wa.gov/huntcorn.htm

i'm new in Wa.

Hunt blacktail in island county... Whidbey island is packed with them. You need to use a shotgun but can shoot any deer.

Look at the statistics on the WA Fish and Game site. They usually tell ya where good success is...and that is like 20% in WA... Cry
