Okay ... I was hoping to get back into the backcountry by now - but it didn't happen, so I dug out a pic from a few years ago of approximate area I wanted to go ... enjoy.

Here's another pic. The lake is perched on the side of a mountain. Here's a friend of mine near the edge. The water goes out of the lake and literally falls ... We spent the night a short distance from here - near the `edge'. Had to be pretty careful where you wandered if you got up in the middle of the night Big smile . Since there was no terrain for many, many miles to the east - the run rose (and was blazing) quite early.
