That's a good quote and your right. Non-resident xenophobia, I think happens in a lot of states and I don't really understand it. I have heard WY residents go off about Green Taggers (CO's license plate used to be green).

I can understand wanting to hold back only a certain percentage (between 25%-15%) of tags for NRs, simply so that in-staters can hunt in their backyard. To that much I can agree.

What I can't understand, though, is the pure venom some "natives" will hurl at NRs. Worse is when that xenophobia gets instituted into state law or game management policies....
