I knew you'd like that one. Women seem to dislike Rushy, and he seems to dislike women for reasons that shall forever remain totaly repressed. I like it when she says she already has 3 kids yelling at her from the back seat.

Here's a Megan McCain blog post about her favorite hate woman.

To make matters worse, certain individuals continue to perpetuate negative stereotypes about Republicans. Especially Republican women. Who do I feel is the biggest culprit? Ann Coulter. I straight up don’t understand this woman or her popularity. I find her offensive, radical, insulting, and confusing all at the same time.

She does appeal to the most extreme members of the Republican Party—but they are dying off, becoming less and less relevant to the party

I read a lot.

Mostly dry stuff, but for fun I check out other places if I have time. I like Megan McCain, it's probably not easy having your dad run for president. She catches a lot of flack but she's a lot like the dad's good side, fruit/fall/not far/tree.

Speaking of Papa McCain, he's just declared he doesn't wish for Obama to fail, I bet those two work together more in the future. Bet McCain doesn't care about Rush either.

Rush Limbaugh is certainly a leader of the conservative party or movement.

If the Repulican Party would embrace the conservative love and emotions that Reagan made they would prove the fact that conservativism is the best for all.

When Limbaugh spoke at the NRA convention they had two add two more halls as it was sold out over and over.

Just because he draws a crowd doesn't mean he's a leader of the Republican party. Most top ranked entertainers will draw crowds.

With all the hoopla over Rush's statement that he wishes Obama's liberal policies to fail, the media seems to have forgotten dems who wished the same on Bush.

Carville made a similar statement right before the 9/11 attack.

I don't often agree with Camille Paglia, and I tend to stay pretty far away from Salon. But when those on the left come up with stuff like this, it's just too good not to pass on. This one pretty much nails it, although I don't share her willingness to absolve Obama.

Great commentary! Thanks for posting Expat. I don't usually visit Salon, but that's a good piece.

Great article. Nice to see someone on the left who isn't opposed to hearing dissenting opinion. This I especially found interesting coming from the left.

Why have so many Democrats abandoned the hallowed principle of free speech? Limbaugh, like our own liberal culture hero Lenny Bruce, is a professional commentator who can be as rude and crude as he wants.
