Any one out there have a license for Unit 3 first hunt. E-F-00301-R? This is North of Hayden in the Routt Nat Forrest
I have one and am going to go by myself unless I can find someone to go with me . I do not smoke nor drink, but have been told that I cook a mean meal. We were up in that unit last year, and saw much sign although no Elk.
We had to get out early because of a big storm 18 inches the night we left.
Any one interested in getting together can post here, and I will get back.

I will tell you that Bill is the best camp cook out there. He will flat out spoil you with vittles and even with a lot of hiking there's a good chance you'll come home heavier then when you left. Last year, we actually had elk around us everyday but they were held up on private land.
