I will go first (obviously) - describe issues, problems or questions you have had and how you got GREAT customer service!
Lacrosse Boots - I had a pair of boots that began to separate after 2 years use. I sent photos and a polite letter to them - and they gave me a RA#... I shipped the boots back and within a week I had a brand new pair... they even let me upsize from an 11 to a 12! Five stars for Lacrosse.
Meopta Optics - I have a pair of 8x56 binoculars (they are criminally good!) and they came in a very nice, soft sided carrying case. No velcro here - there is a small plastic clasp that broke (my fault - I dropped pack from the stand with the case and binos inside). I emailed Meopta and got an immediate response - we will send you a new case!!! Five stars for Meopta!
Bass Pro Shops - I wanted a Savage 220f shotgun and was having a hard time getting one... I contacted the special order folks at BPS shops and they went into action immediately, giving me the option to pick the gun up in Savannah or in Charlotte. Great service and great prices! 5 stars for Bass Pro Shops!
Tru-Glo Bow Sights - I had a bow sight that had a pin alignment issue... after talking with a factory rep, he sent me a new (re-designed) sight with no questions and only asked that I return my old one. I got the new one, installed it and all was good. I sent the old one back like I was asked to do - and a week later - another one showed up... I called and explained what happened and offered to pay to ship it back to them... Nope... for your honesty, they stated, just keep it!!! 5 stars for Tru-Glo.
