Whats so KOOL?
When has a hap hazard shot such as the one presented in this video taken preference over a good clean kill? Wasnt the shooter close enough? Was thet arget moving too fast for hm?
I have hunted small and big game alike in the states and Africa and every professional hunter I know woudl be ashamed to be invoved in such a half
assed spectacle depicted in this clip..
TALK ABOUT ANIMAL BRUTALITY!!! This is exxactly what we as hunters DO NOT want to see.
And as for the asshole who writes in that this is "kool", well , someone should ban him from hunting also.!
I know my language is strong but so is my respect for the oudoors and willdlife in general. Reveling in this sort of " hunting " is despicable and demeans ever good hunter n the field.

INKOSI, Welcome to BGH.
Watch your language, we have kids and good folks reading these post.
There are other words that can be used to impart your fury at this vid.

INKOSI........You arent a hunter. If you were a hunter you would recognize a well placed lung shot on a tough boar. The mist in the air is proof of a well placed shot.
If you had been on a boar hunt with me, which I would never invite you on, you would have seen a heart shot at 200 yards with a 30.06, the boar get up and run 500 yds. with me in pursuit and another chest shot to put him down after he turned on me.
Two shots and two dead big hogs is good shooting. Going to Africa and paying thousands to ride around in a jeep with a guide placing shooting sticks in front of your face is not hunting. It is a fat man collecting zoo animals. There are too many old men and not enough lions and elephants...take up another elitist / arrogant quasi sport....like golf.

coop, I would have to agree with you. He seems like an anti to me.

I posted that before I saw the clip. Two great shots and clean kills.
Hey Mr. anti guy......Go eat a ham sandwich and tell you crap to someone else.

Sheesh...what *is* all the fuss about?
The only complaint about the clip that I might raise has nothing to do with hunting ethics. Rather, after watching the clip a few times, I believe that I noticed a splice (right around the time the "keep watching" message comes on screen). The splice could be 5 seconds, or it could be an hour; there's no way to tell.
Were it not for the splice, I could dub this clip "world's bravest/dumbest hog," referring to the second one, but with the splice, one could jump to some rather misled conclusions.
Whatever the subject material, I consider it good practice/etiquette to make splices patently obvious to the viewer, unless there is artistic call to mislead (such as in fiction-based movies).

Good Kill shot. Shut up, INKOSI.

I think every hog I have ever taken has done the same thing those two did. Can't ever remember dropping one and them not flailing around for a bit.
