mIchris2 hell dont worry to much about it,I cant tell you how many times i get guys that send me a pic and say it is someone your just a victim it is no big deal how ever i will try and find the post of the bull and the buck in the same pic and you will be shocked on how really big the bull is its not that big i was stunned. he is sitting back away from it and he is kinda short it looks like the tines are long but they are not 340 -350 bull il try to find out the actual score

I agree that he is over 400 and from the looks of it and if he was indeed taken from the Book Cliffs I would bet that he was taken in the roadless section of the unit. I have hiked off of Steer Ridge to the south and some of the bulls down there would scare you.
There can be too much of a good thing with antler rattling.
I like to hit the horns together for a good 30- to 40-second rattling sequence and then hang them up and resist the urge to hit them again.
This works to the hunter's advantage, because if a buck has heard it, he may have been 300 or 400 yards away and he comes in and he's not exactly sure where it came from.
When finally is time to rattle again throw a slight change-up into the routine.
The second time, don't rattle as loud...
