I realize we have kicked around Sunday hunting bans in another thread, but thought I would post this here since it has a HSUS connection.
I find it hypocritical that HSUS will whip up support for "a day of rest" for game and hunters. The foundations for a "day of rest" are theological/bibical, but yet most (not all) major religions support the idea that using animals for sacrifice/consumption is completely acceptable.
Just wanted to point out that support for Sunday hunting bans is not being driven purely for religious purposes.
It is rather relevant since some regions are considering repealing the bans.
