How many states have you hunted??

As I was writing some of muy hunting stories it occured to me how many states I have actually shot a deer in.  Thanks to the Army I have covered alot of ground the past 20 year:

1.Germany 2. Ft Carson, Co 3. Ft Bliss, Tx (El Paso) 4. Ft Hood, Tx 5. Ft Leonard-Wood, Mo  6. Ft Benning, Ga. and I think I am forgetting a couple.  That has  allowed me to hunt alot of states.  Im curious of what you guys have covered.

different states

I moved a good bit in the past myself and that did add to my total as well, I'm sure.

New York, Maine, Connecticut, Maryland, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Idaho, West Virginia and Indiana are states I've taken deer in.

I've also hunted either bear, hogs or small game in these: Alaska, Georgia, South Carolina, New Hampshire and Kansas

no excuses

I have no excuse except travelling there to hunt but I've covered NY, VT, ME, WA, and AK in the US plus Namibia.  Also applied for NH but have yet to draw a moose tag there.

Someday God willing we'll add a few more like NH, WY, and Montana.

Then there is Canada....for moose and bear and caribou and of course those monster north country white tails.....

Let's see, North Carolina,

Let's see, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Colorado and Alaska. I haven't hunted a lot different states but I do plan to hunt NM, probably this year. More to come later on after I figure out the drawings and points systems, if I can ever do that.

Good post.  I think we did it

Good post.  I think we did it a few months ago, but it's always neat to see everyone's experiences.

For me, it's Maine, Vermont, Ohio, Pennsylvannia, California, Oregon, and Utah.

I think I hit them all.  Hopefuly add Colorado, Arizona, and Nebraska before too long, maybe even this year.

Plus, I have a coworker who has access to about 1000 acres in Texas and says we could go hunt deer and hogs there.  Gotta start working that angle soon.

I've hunted in Colorado, Alaska, Wyoming, Montana, Texas, and Oklahoma.

Outside of the US, I've hunted in Canada's Northwest Territories, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.

Man, it's been 20 years since

Man, it's been 20 years since I hunted Ohio, and I'd love to go back.  I hunted the Ohio River valley in the south, and it reminded me so much of Vermont.
