You will probably never get rid of the hogs because they have a very high reproductive rate. About the only thing to do is control them. They can be trapped. You can use a single animal trap or if you have the resources, build a fairly large pen and start feeding corn on a regular basis. Once a large group of hogs are inside you can close the gate. Another option would be to use dogs to catch the hogs.

I don't know about texas but here in La. you can trap them and run them through the pig sale they won't bring much money but you can get something for them.

I know how to get rid of your problem using several methods. I still have a registered mark on hogs in La. I have any means available to trap, relocate, or kill.
