How did your hunt turn out this year?

well. now i'm scared. my girlfriend already got our apartment, i havn't seen it yet, i told her that if it sucks, i'm placing the blame totally on her.

is there at least any good hunting in the area. i might have a place for turkey that a co-worker of my girlfriend owns, but no place for deer or trapping yet.

is there any decent public land?

clinton lake's bowhunting only area was pretty sweet, i'd hate to go from that to nothing.

You won't be that far away, I'd stick with Clinton Lake or maybe around Perry Lake Big smile

johnson county has nothing....but you're not too far off from leavenworth county or douglas county, which both have a good number of public hunting grounds.
