Homemade Elk Calls
Guys, I am reading on the net that there are multiple ways to make homemade elk calls…
Who has them and who has been successful with them?
If you made one, what type was it, how did you make it and would you recommend one like it?

I wouldn't mess with a home made call unless I knew just what an elk sounded like in the wild. There are way too many variables. What sounds nice for you at home even after listing to shows on TV or a caller on a recording it quite possibly will not come out right when you try it in the hills, and no call if better than the wrong call.
