We process all our own game. We use a 1/2 HP LEM grinder and it works great. Dozen alot of worj from elk, deer, antelope and goose. It has never given us a problem. The wife does alot of the oprocessing for me and she says she wants a bigger one with more HP. I think we step up to the 1 HP model. it will really tear thru the game now...hopefully she can keep up with me.
