Heading West!

Heading west to eastern Washington state to hunt mule deer with my buddy Arrowflipper and his crew in the morning.  This will be my second western hunt and my second mule deer hunt.  God willing it include bagging my second muley buck, but we will have a good time even if no deer show up!

Wish me luck, pics to follow Thumbs up

Awesome Mike!  Best of luck

Awesome Mike!  Best of luck chasing those mulies in Washington!!!

Just curious, I don't remember when you talked about it before, but did you meet Arrowflipper throught he site, or did you know him before?  I think it's cool that people are meeting through the site, even though we're thousands of miles apart in some cases.

I hope to meet at least one or 2 guys next fall if I make it out for second season rifle.  Looking forward to it.

Well, as ExBio says, bring back lots of photos and what I am sure will be a good story to share!

Good luck Mike!!! I'm sure you'll have a great time as usual when hunting with your friend. Can't wait to see the pics and get the whole story upon your return.

You got a great buck last year and hopefully you'll get an even better one this year.

Good luck again my friend.

thanks!

Thanks guys! I'm sitting in the airport waiting for my ride west!

Sean - arrowflipper and I met after I wrote and told him that I enjoyed a story that he posted online. He emailed back and I did too. After a few it became obvious that we share a passion for the same things
In life - including HUNTING!

Mike- Good luck to you and

Mike- Good luck to you and Arrowflipper! If hunting in eastern Washington is anything like hunting eastern Oregon than you guy's will have a good time. Have a safe flight and I look forward reading the story and seeing some pictures. It's very cool the way you and Arrowflipper became friends through the sit and are now sharing a hunting camp. There are many on the sit that I wouldn't hesitate to share a camp with. Again good luck and be safe.

Good luck on your hunt

Good luck on your hunt Mike

Arrowflipper does sound like a nice guy to know.  He offered me a place to stay on my upcoming hunt in British Colombia if I needed one but he is a little ways away from where I will be crossing the border.
