Oh how I miss the beach. That was the nice part of living in Gresham, close to the beach, mountains not to far away, Columbia river in the back yard. Put up some pics after checking your trail cam numb if you get some..
I didnt know you lived in gresham, thats where i live now and pretty much always have. i will post some pics if there are any. i found a new area and saw tons of animals so i put my cam up. we'll see what happens
I moved to Gresham from LaPine when I started the 5TH grade however old that makes one. I think around 13 maybe? After graduating H.S. I moved to Meridian, ID where I have been since 97. I had always wanted to get back up to that area but now I think I'll stay in Idaho. Less people, less traffic, I'm becoming more of a fan of the slow life each day that I get older. Your earlier comment reminded me back in H.S. when we use to go to Tilamook and ride the sand dunes all the time
There are times when the deer are simply not moving and you're forced to make something happen. Maybe you're up against a full moon or hot weather. This is when a silent drive to force deer to move should be considered.
By silent drive, you're not yelling and making a commotion to scare the deer. When deer are panicked, they're liable to bust out of the cover on a dead run, and any shot you get will be tough to make.
