I gotta guy willing to sell some granola cheap but he says its fermented a little. I havn't seen it to see how bad it is. If it's not moldy, do you guys think the bears will care? The stuff is supposed to be mixed with chocolate and cherries.

If the price is right go for it. Fermenting fruit is one of bait makers best kept secrets. If it isn't just total barf and you got bears they will take it.
