Got my very nice Reactor Pack in the mail yesterday!  It's pretty cool.  And I know this is probably getting repetative, but thanks a bunch for the contest and everything you guys/gals are doing here at BGH.  We all appreciate it.

Oh, and as requested, I will take a photo of me and the prize later and post it..... Yes

So where are all the promised

So where are all the promised pictures?  Sounds like you guys got some great prizes and think it you won them for what you'd do for free anyway, share hunting tales and adventures.  Can't beat a contest like this one.

I look forward to the pictures and if I am lucky enough to win a prize I'll be sure to post a picture too.

Yeah, i was thinking about that yesterday when i loaded up for the hunt.  I have already used it on 2 hunts, and I keep forgetting to get a photo when i am in full camo.  I'll be out again next Tuesday, and I promise I will get it then.....

Congratulations on the prizes

Congratulations on the prizes you guys have raked in. I can not really complain about you guys not getting the pictures up since it took me so long to get mine up of my bow. It is good to hear that you guys have been able to use your prizes already too. I have to wait to use mine until I get the draw length thing hammered out but I am sure I will. I am looking forward to getting my spotting scope in here pretty soon. I will be able to put that one to work really fast on a bighorn sheep census. I am sure that it will work really well for that application. I will get pictures up of me using it on the count. Good luck to all for this round.

Good luck to you as well.

Good luck to you as well.  One unexpected surprise about competing in this contest is that it made me remember all my hunts and document them.  I have lots of good memories and now they are on paper (sort of).  I have to print them off and save them for my daughter.

Hey CVC, that is a great

Hey CVC, that is a great idea. I think I have wrote something in here about every time I have gone out. I have kept a journal before of my hunt, but my journal is now on here. If I want to remember something about a certain hunt I just have to get on the computer and look it up. If it's real important I can just print it off and start a folder and keep it in my filing cabinent under hunting. Thanks for the idea.

manofthefall, no problem.  I

manofthefall, no problem.  I didn't realize how many stories I had in me until I started writing them for the contest.  I suspect my daughter doesn't give a hoot about my hunting adventures right now, but later in life they may mean something to her.
