This is quite a good year for me sofar first I got a bull tag now Ipulled a doe tag first one we have had in our camp since 97!Now if we can just get a shot at one of those 17 does we saw up there last year.
depending on whitch wildlife management unit that you apply for a tag in our camp unit only gives out 9% success rate so one in 9 should get a tag.We had 9 guys back in the mid 90s but there is only 4 of us now.They should give one to the camps for some guys seem to get all the luck.Camp next to us last year 7 guys 3 tags.
When calling coyotes, more often than not they will circle on a target they are
coming into and approach from the downwind side. Presumably they do this in
order to align what they smell, with what they are hearing.
This means that you should always have your downwind side camouflaged and have
an open shooting lane. If the area is heavily covered the coyote could come in
take a look and be gone, with you none the wiser.
