There may be a lot of reasons not to buy from China. That video isn't one of them. It has done what it was designed to do. Outrage some people.

In itself maybe not, however add with that the toys with lead and other toxin that were recalled I would say yes. Assuming the video was taken in China that and the toy recall show me you have a culture with no respect for life. Not your children or animals. From all appearances it looks like the video was shot in a public square. If that would happened in most countries the skinners would have been arrested before the first cut was made. No one I know would tolerate killing an animal the way they tried. I've trapped most of my life most of my income comes from trapping and guiding hunters. I have never seen witnessed as gruesome as that in my life.

There may be some things we don't have a choice where they are made. I guess everyone has to draw their own lines.

As I said, there may be a lot of reasons not to buy from China, that video was not one of them.

What upsets you more? The video being made by Peta or that it was in China, or so we understand. China is not the topic.

I'd say we need to agree to disagree and get on with our lives.

You got it but let's stay on topic and the topic is Peta and their film clip.

That is the most disgusting video I've ever seen. It sickens me to think that PETA tries to portray the American trapper to be like those savages in that video. How twisted must you be to run the camera for something like that? Those PETA freaks are far worse than any trapper (myself proudly included)that I know.

I wouldn't put it past PETA to use their own members or hire and stage their gruesome films and clips. In the name of, getting their point across.

I'v got to agree with fuzzybear , I wouldn't put it past PETA to rig something like this to promote their own agenda. Preaty sad when they rescue somthing like 2000 dogs and then uthanize three quarters of them because" they could not be scocialized".
I gess this sort of thing can be expected from the fanatic fring sad
This is my 2 cents F.K.
