The diet in the routine is important as well. But i eat alot less carbs than they talk about and overload the protein. Do yourself a favor and take it easy the 1st-2nd week as you will get sore, but you probably already know that. It is legit, it will seem alittle goofy sometimes. I am sure I would of made even better advances if I did yoga, which is part of the routine, but I would run or hike instead. Good luck.
