Try P90X

I would highly recommend you try the leg rountine and the plyo routine on P90X. I am not kinding, I started it last year and still do it today. It will get your legs in the best shape of your life.

Ok I went ahead and purchased P90X and will start the routine as soon as I get it.  I keep hearing about and it's time to giver heck.  I did try it once as I mentioned and it seems legit.

Diet

The diet in the routine is important as well. But i eat alot less carbs than they talk about and overload the protein. Do yourself a favor and take it easy the 1st-2nd week as you will get sore, but you probably already know that. It is legit, it will seem alittle goofy sometimes. I am sure I would of made even better advances if I did yoga, which is part of the routine, but I would run or hike instead. Good luck.
