i practice year round

i practice year round outside, you never know what the conditions will be like when your drawing back on that buck of a lifetime, might as well practice in all conditions.

Archery is so much about

Archery is so much about consistency.  So if you can only shoot 5 yards go for it.  What ever it take to keep you fresh and tuned and your technique up to par.

We finally have a couple of

We finally have a couple of nice outdoor ranges that go up to 50 years. I can only get 30 yards in my backyard. But none the less shooting is shooting and I enjoy every minute I can get of it.

I agree thats why i shoot from the sofa, just working on be consistant.

I want to find a 3D range near portland, I'm surprised they arent more. there is a lot of shooters around here

Went and shot today...took no shots less than 40 yards and I must say any elk that gets within 50 yards could be in deep trouble.
