Getting a Pop up that IE8 is Blocking

OK here is an new one for you.  I have been away for a week and half and now after logging in and going to the forums I am getting a pop up that IE8 is blocking.  When I open it takes me to a notepad and nothing else.  It gives a scrip of

.app_content_51546247891 a.uiLinkSubtle { display: none; }
.app_content_51546247891 a.UIImageBlock_ICON_Image { display: none; }

#bootloader_Zvucx { height: 42px; }

 

So is there something that I am missing here?  It is quite annoying in that I get it when ever I open up a question or a reply in any of the forums.

Might try clearing your cache

Might try clearing your cache and your cookies, then restarting IE8. See if that fixes it.

My mind must of been a little

My mind must of been a little bit groggy after a 15 hour drive back from my Arizona hunting trip.  I didn't even think of deleting the cookies since this was the only site that I was having the problem with.

Thanks for the report.  Its a known problem with facebook, which we link into for our "recommend" buttons for those that are interested in or use facebook.

We noticed it a few days ago but the problem went away, at least from what we could see.  If anyone else is affected by this, please post here.  If it continues to be an issue, we'll temporary shutdown the problem code.
