Anyone know of or use a good butcher in the Sacramento area that processes venison and other wild game?

I have used Kountry Meats in Elk Grove before, I thought they were rather expensive compared to other places I've used. But those places were outside Sacramento. Standard cut and wrap is all I ever had done. Seemed like when I got my meat back there was hardly anything left so I would rather cut it myself. Since I like to make a lot of jerky that is better for me.

The Mad Butcher is on Florin-Perkins. The cleanest butcher shop i have ever been in. The prices are fair and the turnaround is quick. I got my pig back in a week. The sausage turned out well and the packaging was first rate. I will be going back again very soon.

There's a butcher shop in Old Roseville on Vernon by Roseville Highschool. Forgot the details thou, and I've only driven past it.
