fishing in Washington state. Salmon/Steelhead

I live in Yakima and this is my first real year of going salmon and steelhead. now the rivers that I am looking to really fish hard now and the next year are the Klickitat, Lewis and the north fork, Washougal, Cowlits, Pualliup, Snohomish, Skykomish, and the Green. Now what times of the year do salmon and steelhead usually run on those rivers? what generally works on those waters for corkys and spinners? how much leader and what not. anything helps for next year or this year for the winter run for steelhead/salmon thanks!

Its been a while, but, I used to fish the upper Green (the gorge and the hatchery) and the Puyallup for Steelhead. Generally used corkies with either chartreuse or cherise yarn and ghost shrimp or roe. Three foot leaders, 10# test. I forget the hook size.

For salmon, I used to fish the rivers on the peninsula. I can't remember the names off the top of my head. Spinners work well.
