THATS A PURTY BIRD

Congrats!!! PA opener is a few weeks away, feeling the itch big time!!!

Heading out in about an hour. Hope I see some gobblers!

I ended up going out with 3 other people, and within 30 minutes of sitting at our first spot midday, 3 turkey came over a little hill. They came without sound, and almost got away had one of the guys not looked behind him and popped one before they all got away.

The rest of us got skunked though =/

Went again today around noon. We sat in one spot for about 30 minutes but didn't heard a thing. We moved about 200 yards further down on a corn field, and after the second call, we had one gobbling prolly 100 yards away. He responded to us twice then dissapeared. We continues to call and heard several other gobbles, but never saw anything :( :(

Gonna try to bag one friday and sat by myself. Bought a box call last sunday, and I've watched a few videos!

Are you driving everyone crazy practicing the new call? I hope so

I still live at home, and within 2 minutes my mom was telling me to go outside.
