First Turkey of the Season-Pics

The season opened up here in the south zone of Florida on Saturday and it was a great opener for me. Here are some pics of the nice Tom that I took. The Osceola weighed 19.5 pounds, he had an 11 inch beard and 1 & 1 1/8 inch spurs. I hope everyone else has or had as great of an opening day as I did. Good luck to you all and happy hunting.

Tom

Hunter777,

I think it is a pretty nice bird for an Osceola. It is the nicest one for me so far. Most of mine have been Easterns from Alabama and South Carolina.
