Yes hunted the same area as

Yes hunted the same area as usual. Only saw one bull but I am sure more were around. Only heard 4 very weak bugles this year which is pretty unusual. Not sure but think the weather played a roll in that. Good luck on the PCS and stay in touch.

Thanks all, yes the

Thanks all, yes the conditions pretty much sucked but it was quiet and we still all had a good time. Last year we had 9 full days of sunshine so you never know from year to year. Good luck to all of you still chasing archery critters and rifle season. I am taking a first year elk hunter out 4th season so that will be interesting I am sure.

Congrats on the muzzle hunt!

Congrats on the muzzle hunt! I'd say 50% is pretty good too.

We just hunted the last weekend of the season and didn't see many animals moving either. Not sure if that was the norm following all of the rain but we enjoyed the opportunity to try to find some animals to hunt.

Thanks for sharing the story.

I am getting pretty excited

I am getting pretty excited for the wolf hunt. We leave in a month which seems like a long ways off. If all works out good I hope to have some great photos to share with the story. Just hope if we get any precipitation it is snow and not rain, I have had my fill of that this year.

Congrats!

Congrats on the 50% as well. What part of Idaho you hunting wolf in? Hope you get one. It would save some elk up there. Are you hitting the Frank Church area?
